Confidence has been developed by Eagle Learning Center
after 6 years of action research into alternative ways for
people to learn in teams and on the
job. The learning process utilizes:

insights, techniques, and beliefs required in today's
lean organization;
- On-the- job
application of that learning;
- Structured, 1 hour
group coaching sessions to reinforce the on-the-job
learning.
